My name is Porscha. I began my career in film and television production before moving into marketing and advertising, where I’ve spent
years leading and supporting creative teams on both the client and agency side. I’ve tackled everything from small, nimble shoots to major productions with lots of moving parts. Beyond production, I specialize in creative operations, art buying, recruiting, onboarding talent and
building systems that help teams work more efficiently. No matter the challenge, I bring an upbeat energy, optimism, and resourcefulness to
every project. I’m a natural problem-solver who always keeps the team’s best interests at heart. When I’m not working, I love traveling,
spending time with my pup Lucy, painting and hanging out with friends and family.
