My name is Porscha, and I’ve been working in the creative and production space for over 15 years. I’ve partnered with a wide range of clients, sourcing effective solutions for process optimization, production workflows, resourcing, and budget management. I’m highly adaptable and able to jump right into both small and large-scale production shoots. I can also support the reorganization of creative department processes or help implement digital archiving solutions for creative assets. In addition, I’m well-versed in creative operations management, art buying, talent recruiting, onboarding and training new hires, project management workflows, asset management—and so much more.
When I’m not working, I love traveling, going on adventures, spending time with my pup Lucy, and hanging out with friends and family.
I’m currently available for onsite or hybrid consulting roles.
